As Vice President of Physical Channels for the BMO Financial Group, Brenda Pino’s responsibilities include assuring optimal customer experiences when utilizing any of the Bank’s Physical Channels and Self Serve Solutions, which includes a network of over 4,000 ATMs & ITMs in North America. She also manages the ATM branding relationship with several Independent ATM Deployers for BMO. Prior to joining BMO Harris Bank in 1997, Brenda had been with Beverly Bancorporation for 20 years. As Senior Vice President at Beverly, she managed all bank operations for the 13 branch holding company. Her responsibilities included the management of their network of ATMs throughout the Chicagoland area.

Arijit Roy leads the marketing, product, and digital teams for Discover’s Deposits business. In this capacity, Arijit is responsible for driving growth in consumer deposits. Arijit has held several leadership positions since joining Discover in 2013. He has 15 years of progressive consulting experience with a specialization in the strategy and delivery of payments solutions. Recent engagements include work in enterprise payments strategy, small business card launch, faster payments operations training, processor conversion and peer-to-peer capability roll-out. He regularly contributes to industry publications and actively consults with clients in the shift to faster payments.
