Phil Leininger has worked for USAA for 15 years and currently serves as General Manager of Omnichannel Sales and Service for USAA Bank. In his role, he oversees the development and delivery of strategic and operational plans for an integrated, omnichannel member experience across all of USAA Bank’s distribution channels (physical, virtual, digital). His goal is to improve acquisition, drive deeper relationships and deliver a consistently and seamless overall member experience. Prior to joining USAA, he worked in the financial services industry for both State Farm and Janus. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Howard Payne University.

Suresh Ramamurthi

Chairman/CTO | CBW Bank

Suresh Ramamurthi is Chairman of CBW Bank and serves as its CTO as well. He leads CBW Bank’s initiatives to support and foster innovation including working with financial services start-ups. He is founder and serves as CEO of Yantra Financial Technologies, a fintech company focused on serving the financial services industry. A veteran technology entrepreneur, Suresh has founded and exited two start-ups, and has previously worked at Google Inc. Suresh has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

Nancy Daniels

Nancy is Managing Partner of HTx Holdings LLC and is board chair of HTx Services LLC and Circuitech LLC. She is an engineer and spent 15 years in the defense industry as technical innovator in weapons guidance. Over the last 25 years she has served in senior or ‘C’ level positions at the top OEM’s of Retail (PoS), ATM and Branch Automation technology. Her span of responsibility has included hardware and software engineering, logistics, field service and sales. Nancy has a deep knowledge of the Banking and Retail industries and is thought leader in the area of the cash eco-system.

Mike DeMarco is the Sr. Director of Sales at ZIVELO. He is located at the company headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ. Senior Vice President | Commerce Bank

Susan Doyle is a Senior Vice President of Electronic Payments for Commerce Bank who partners with senior bank management to ensure the innovative payment trends continue to evolve with the business. Susan strives for a better customer experience in the evolving payments industry. After working in the payments industry for almost 30 years, Susan knows what is driving the future of payments. She has the industry knowledge from the banking perspective that will help lead Commerce to be more agile as payments transform to be faster. In her role, she oversees the strategy and product direction for Treasury Services electronic payment products.

David Drain

SVP, Events | Networld Media Group

David Drain has more than 20 years of experience in association management, event planning, writing and speaking. He has served as executive director of the Digital Signage Association (a group he co-founded), the Self-Service & Kiosk Association and the merged organization, Digital Screenmedia Association. Previously he was EVP for the Foodservice Consultants Society International. He currently oversees five summits for Networld Media Group ranging from mobile, interactive customer experience, bank CX, restaurant franchising and fast casual restaurants.

Heather Gibbins currently serves as the vice president, global software go-to-market, for Diebold Nixdorf. In this position, she leads the team responsible for developing go-to-market strategies and messaging for the company’s global software line of business. She specializes in generating and maximizing sales traction and has unique end-to-end experience in all linkages from product management, to field enablement and direct sales. Heather received a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in organizational development from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, OH.

Jonathan Hartsell

Jonathan Hartsell leads Digital Business Development and Innovation for Wells Fargo Virtual Channels. His team is responsible for identifying and accelerating opportunities for transformational change in consumer digital channels. Jonathan focuses on leveraging the best of technology and design to drive innovation across the digital ecosystem. Since joining Wells Fargo Jonathan has led a variety of strategic initiatives across product teams and at the enterprise level. He led Wells Fargo’s consumer Financial Health program focused on helping consumers achieve financial success and spearheaded the establishment of the company’s Enterprise Patent Office. Will Hernandez has 14 years of experience ranging from newspapers to wire services and trade publications. Before becoming Editor of Mobile Payments Today, he spent two years as the content manager for PaymentsJournal.com, a leading payments industry news aggregator and information hub published by Mercator Advisory Group. He spent four years covering the payments industry as an associate editor for multiple publications in SourceMedia’s Payments Group based in Chicago including ATM&Debit News, CardLine, PaymentsSource.com, ISO&Agent Weekly and American Banker. Will helped launched SourceMedia’s bi-weekly newsletter, Mobile Banker, and built and cultivated the Payments Group’s first Twitter presence.

Rachel Huber

Rachel Huber is an analyst in Javelin Strategy and Research’s Payments practice. Her focus is on the developing payments industry, with specific interests in e-commerce, person-to-person payments, digital wallets, and generational differences in payment preferences. Before joining Javelin, Rachel was an analyst at Fiserv where she focused on competitive intelligence and thought leadership in support of the card services division. Rachel began her career in investment management before moving into mutual fund compliance at US Bank. Rachel holds a BBA in finance and marketing and an MBA with specialization in investment management, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Based in San Francisco, Katherine McGee is the Head of Digital Product Management at Wells Fargo. Part of Wells Fargo’s Virtual Channels organization, Katherine is responsible for managing the customer experience and functionality on wellsfargo.com, and online and mobile banking. Katherine oversees product management for sales and service functionality, and all digital products and features. She also partners closely with groups across Wells Fargo as they look to digital to meet customers’ financial needs. Katherine joined Wells Fargo in 2002, and has led multiple initiatives and teams in the digital space. She has been focused on delivering great customer experiences including a redesigned website, new mobile and tablet apps, and planning tools.

Joe Militello

VP of Engineering | Hyosung

Joe Militello leads Hyosung’s Global Software Center (GSC), where he is responsible for developing the multi-industry software solutions and hardware that make Hyosung the market leader in the self-service software industry. Joe also oversees the release, customization and deployment of hardware solutions in Hyosung’s rapidly growing American market. Joe brings 15 years of industry experience to Hyosung, where he also heads the Professional Services Consulting Group, managing development and implementation of on- and off-site customer services to complement GSC solutions. Prior to joining Hyosung, Joe worked in global development and deployment roles for NCR Corporation.

Jodi Neiding is Diebold Nixdorf’s vice president of Americas banking portfolio. Brenda Pino

Vice President | BMO Harris Bank

As Vice President of Physical Channels for the BMO Financial Group, Brenda Pino’s responsibilities include assuring optimal customer experiences when utilizing any of the Bank’s Physical Channels and Self Serve Solutions, which includes a network of over 4,000 ATMs & ITMs in North America. She also manages the ATM branding relationship with several Independent ATM Deployers for BMO. Prior to joining BMO Harris Bank in 1997, Brenda had been with Beverly Bancorporation for 20 years. As Senior Vice President at Beverly, she managed all bank operations for the 13 branch holding company. Her responsibilities included the management of their network of ATMs throughout the Chicagoland area.

Rachel Rich

VP, Sr. Marketing Manager | BMO Financial Group

As VP, Sr. Marketing Manager at BMO Financial Group, Rachel leads the North American digital adoption and engagement marketing strategies focusing on behavioral change programs that optimize the digital funnel and builds a strong foundation to ensure support of the bank’s strategic priorities of customer growth and enhanced customer experience. She joined BMO Financial group in 2011, upon the merger with M&I Bank.
