Brandi Britton’s 24+ year path in Retail Banking has led her to her current position as Vice President for Comerica Bank’s Self and Assisted Service Channel. In this role, Britton has been charged with transforming the ATM network to align with today’s digital demands of our customers and maintaining excellence with daily operations. Regardless of sales, product or delivery role, Britton strives for solving for solutions with mutual customer, colleague and shareholder benefits. Britton builds her business acumen and industry expertise by sitting as a Regional Board member for ATMIA (ATM Industry Association) on behalf of Comerica Bank. Other ATMIA work includes sitting on Next Gen ATM Consortium and active networking opportunities.

Jon Moen | SVP, Director of Product | First Bank
Jon Moen – Senior Vice President, is the Director of Product at First Bank. Jon is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) administered by the Association for Financial Professionals, has a Master’s of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Information Technology and a Bachelor’s of Science in Management Information Systems. Possessing 23+ years of experience with First Bank, Jon has had various roles within the bank that provides him a unique perspective: Working in client facing roles in the branch and call center, behind the scenes as a senior analyst in Information Technology, or as Director of Treasury Management (sales, service and operations).
Brenda Pino | VP, Physical Channels Operations | BMO Financial Group
As Vice President of Physical Channels for the BMO Financial Group, Brenda Pino’s responsibilities include assuring optimal customer experiences when utilizing any of the Bank’s Physical Channels and Self Serve Solutions, which includes a network of over 4,000 ATMs in North America. She also manages the ATM branding relationship with several Independent ATM Deployers for BMO. Prior to joining BMO Harris Bank in 1997, Ms. Pino had been with Beverly Bancorporation for 20 years. As Senior Vice President at Beverly, she managed all bank operations for the 13 branch holding company. Her responsibilities included the management of their network of ATMs throughout the Chicagoland area. She is a member of the ATMIA Global Board of Directors and Co-Chaired the ATM Working Committee of the U.S. Payments Forum.

Brad Browder | CEO | HTx Services, LLC
Brad Browder is the Chief Executive Officer of HTx Services. HTx is a multi-vendor ATM and IT services provider based in New York. The company provides technical resources across the country to support financial institutions in their branch, headquarters and operation center facilities. With more than 30 years of industry experience, he leads HTx Services with a passion for customer engagement, service excellence, and HTx’s employees. Prior to joining HTx, Brad served as the Chief Executive Officer of Pendum, the nation’s largest third-party service organization for ATM and self-service devices in the retail (ISO/IAD) and financial institution markets. Before Pendum, Brad had a 15-year career with Diebold, most recently as Vice President of Sales Operations. Brad holds a B.A. in Economics from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN and earned his MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH.
