Grace Pace is a digital innovator that has the unique ability to translate reimagined digital customer experiences into fully executed, ground-breaking bank capabilities. She combines the mindset of a community banker with the skillset of a financial technologist. Grace has spearheaded initiatives at community banks that enabled them to take their products and services to the next level. She is an expert in customer support and leveraging custom, real time core integration that allow community banks to offer personalized, precise service for customers and prospects. Prior to joining Quontic, Grace worked in digital products and implementation with Cardinal Bank, Republic Bank and First Financial Bank. She was an essential team member of Memory Bank, a neobank division of Republic Bank. During her time at First Financial Bank, she became an industry expert in online digital account opening and her expertise and vision has played a major role in how Quontic has revolutionized digital banking.
Lizzie Pine | VP, Strategy | JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Lizzie Pine is a strategy and design consultant with over a decade of experience serving clients, most notably within financial services, particularly payments and banking. She began her career as an ethnographer, designing experiences for retail banking clients, among other industries. She now consults internally in JPMorgan Chase's Commercial Banking line of business. She has led teams to define go-to-market strategies, create operating models, and ideate customer-centric offerings, serving clients ranging from Fortune 100 to venture-backed startups. She received her MBA from Chicago Booth in 2017, and in her spare time has taught design thinking throughout the Chicago community. Recently, she was selected as one of 30 women future leaders in payments by Money 20/20.
Max Slobin | VP, Senior Payments Advisor | KeyBank
Max Slobin is a Senior Payments Advisor on Key Bank’s Healthcare Real Estate team. He is a Certified Payments Professional with a background in cross-border, Digital Transformation, and FinTech. With experience in verticals including Healthcare, Real Estate, Industrials, Insurance and Technology, Max focuses on driving insights and automation for customers optimizing their A/R and A/P functions. He also currently serves on the board of a non-profit organization that teaches financial literacy to children here in Chicago.
