Reco McCambry has made his mark in the financial services and direct sales industry as one of the youngest and most successful entrepreneurs in the space. His company, Novae, is the largest direct sales fintech company in the United States, providing solutions to consumers and small businesses nationwide through a network of more than 5,000 independent sales people. The fintech solutions his company provides include personal and business credit building, online banking, personal loans, business funding, and consumer financing. Reco is a member of the Forbes Business Council and an Industry Expert on He also serves on the National Small Business Association Leadership Council out of Washington DC. February 4, 2021, Mr. McCambry was honored by his hometown in McDonough, GA with a proclamation naming January 19th, Mr. Reco McDaniel McCambry Day. Glenn Murray | VP, Payment Services & Sales | Sutton Payments
Glenn Murray has worked in the payments industry for over 20 years in several capacities. He currently serves as Vice President – Strategic Growth for Sutton Payments a division of Sutton Bank, the issuer behind several high-profile programs including Square, Robin Hood, Door Dash, Instacart and many others. His team oversees business, product and partnership development for the division. He has held positions in business development, product marketing and relationship management at Discover, MasterCard, and PayPal. He is a native of Memphis, TN and has a BA from DePaul University in Integrated Marketing Communications. He’s contributed to 4 books on various topics including authoring a book on sales and promotion. He currently resides in the Chicago, IL area.
Jonas Vernon Ng | COO | Laurel Road
Jonas Ng currently serves as COO for Laurel Road, KeyBank's fast-growing Fintech subsidiary. In this role, he leads acquisition, onboarding, credit/underwriting, risk management, quality control, and sales/servicing. Previously, Jonas served as Head of Commercial Digital for KeyBank, driving strategic direction of digital properties/capabilities for KeyBank’s Commercial and Payments businesses. He also ran the Financial Wellness Product and Strategy Teams, bringing Financial Wellness to market for KeyBank’s Consumer Bank. Prior to KeyBank, Jonas worked at Nationwide, Discover, Enova Financial, MBNA, and seven start-ups and consulting boutiques. He has had leadership roles in Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, Strategy, Business Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Application Development, and Innovation.
