Clinton Cheng is the Vice President, Global Head of the Visa / PLUS ATM Network, a reliable and secure payments technology that connects over 3.0 billion cardholders and 2.7 million ATMs in more than 200 countries and territories all over the world. In this role, Clinton is responsible for managing the day-to-day Global ATM Business as well as leading, developing and implementing strategic opportunities to drive and expand Visa’s ATM business globally. Prior to joining Visa in 2012, Clinton was Head of Business Development - Global ATM at American Express. In this role, Clinton devised key market strategies and led negotiations with key ATM network partners across the Americas.

Stephen Griffin is a Senior Vice President at Regions Bank and is the Director of the Retail Distribution Planning Group. He began his banking career in 1992 and has 30 years of retail banking experience. Stephen has worked in various roles including branch management, branch operations management, incentive management, data management, analytics, and reporting management, along with his current role of managing the retail network distribution and market plans for branches and ATMs, including De Novo expansion, rationalization and optimization, physical design, new branch technology, aligning with digital partners and physical site selection. Stephen is a 1992 graduate of The University of Alabama with a degree in Corporate Finance as well as a graduate of the CBA Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at the University of Virginia in 2004.

Carol Adkisson is a marketing leader with over 20 years of experience across SaaS technology companies and the financial services industry. She currently serves as Director of Marketing Operations for Act-On Software, marketing automation software for the full customer lifecycle. With a passion for process and analytics, Carol focuses her expertise on helping marketers increase efficiency through data-driven insights. Prior to joining Act-On, Carol lead marketing teams at Advantis Credit Union, Jama Software, and WebMD Health Services. Carol has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Oregon and an MBA from Concordia University.

Jack Brennan, Senior Account Executive at SigFig, consults with banks and wealth managers on technology solutions that enhance digital and remote experiences for partner firms. Prior to joining SigFig, Jack spent 9 years at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Management Division where he advised financial advisors on investments, markets, portfolio construction and business strategy.

Brandi Britton’s 24+ year path in Retail Banking has led her to her current position as Vice President for Comerica Bank’s Self and Assisted Service Channel. In this role, Britton has been charged with transforming the ATM network to align with today’s digital demands of our customers and maintaining excellence with daily operations. Regardless of sales, product or delivery role, Britton strives for solving for solutions with mutual customer, colleague and shareholder benefits. Brad Browder is the Chief Executive Officer of HTx Services. HTx is a multi-vendor ATM and IT services provider based in New York. The company provides technical resources across the country to support financial institutions in their branch, headquarters and operation center facilities. With more than 30 years of industry experience, he leads HTx Services with a passion for customer engagement, service excellence, and HTx’s employees. Prior to joining HTx, Brad served as the Chief Executive Officer of Pendum, the nation’s largest third-party service organization for ATM and self-service devices in the retail (ISO/IAD) and financial institution markets. Before Pendum, Brad had a 15-year career with Diebold, most recently as Vice President of Sales Operations. Brad holds a B.A. in Economics from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN and earned his MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH.

Before joining Networld Media Group as Vice President of Events, Cherryh Cansler spent several years as VP of Editorial managing Networld’s nine B2B publications. Throughout her 20-year career as a journalist, she’s written about a variety of topics, ranging from the restaurant industry and technology to health and fitness news. Her byline has appeared in a plethora of newspapers, magazines and websites, including Forbes, The Kansas City Star and American Fitness magazine. She also serves as the managing editor for FastCasual.com.

As President and CEO of Citizens Bank of Edmond, Jill Castilla is a nationally recognized innovator in the banking industry - or "no talk and all action" according to entrepreneur and Shark Tank star Mark Cuban. Under Jill's leadership, the one-branch community bank in an Oklahoma City suburb became a major player on the national stage and now sits alongside banking industry heavyweights. Her background includes service in the U.S. Army and Oklahoma Army National Guard and various positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. A lifelong learner, Jill holds a master's degree in economics and a bachelor's degree in finance. She also attended post-graduate programs at the University of Wisconsin's Graduate School of Banking and The Wharton School. Jill currently serves as the Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army. She was also appointed to the Federal Advisory Council, representing the Fed's Kansas City District.

As an experienced Product Marketing professional, she has a demonstrated history of working in the computer software industry, in both large-scale and medium enterprises. Patricia is skilled in setting global messaging and positioning for highly technical solutions, content strategy and creation, product launches, inbound marketing, B2B sales and marketing, SEO, sales enablement, and more. A Michigan Wolverine born and bred in the Dominican Republic, Patricia holds her BBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Gayle Ekstrom is SVP/Business Analysis and Innovation at Republic Bank of Chicago, where she works at the intersection of business strategy, process, and technology. Working in the retail banking sector over the past twelve years as both a business leader and consultant, she has extensive experience in analyzing business problems and designing strategic solutions. Gayle previously worked in the telecom industry and was granted numerous patents for her inventions. She holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA in Business Policy and Behavioral Science from the University of Chicago.

Kelli Griffin joined Northwest bank in 2019 as Head of Customer Experience and Consumer Sales Enablement for Northwest Bank. In her role, she leads the organization in institutionalizing an experience-focused strategy across physical and digital channels and has been at the front of leading the bank’s customer and employee experience through its digital experience transformation. Additionally, Kelli leads a team of professionals responsible for the sales enablement, capability, and training of consumer banking employees. Prior to Northwest, Kelli has held various senior leader roles at KeyBank, HSBC, and First Niagara Bank.

Michelle Kile started her banking career over fifteen years ago as an assistant branch manager. Throughout her career, Michelle has worked for national, regional, and mutual banks in the northeast. She brings experiences from her positions as branch manager, Regional Sales Manager, Bank at Work Relationship Manager, District Executive, Market Manager, and head of Retail Banking. Michelle had the pleasure of helping build two new divisions within the retail bank, Bank at Work and Universities, which has greatly shaped her views on the journey and evolution of retail banking. In her current role as Senior Vice President Retail Banking, Michelle is responsible for the planning, organization, and direction of Retail Banking and Branch Administration, including business development and sales. Using her expertise in both internal and external sales activities, she has helped build, implement, and execute a customer-centric retail sales and service program for the retail division.

Since 2015 he was the Head of the Branch of The Future Department that is responsible for Branch Transformation projects, connecting the physical and the digital worlds, delivering the best customer experience. He oversaw the development of a new customer-oriented branch concept, now present in more than 40 locations in Portugal and with innovation features available in all 500+ branches of Millennium bcp in Portugal. Recently he joined the Digital Transformation Office of MillenniumBCP.

Tom Malta is currently CEO and Principal at IAM Experts, LLC which is a boutique cyber security startup focused on helping international clients with IAM design, strategic advisory, and execution. One of Tom’s current client’s is Okta, where he is currently helping to build out their GTM strategy specific to the FS vertical. Before IAM Experts, he held numerous executive leadership positions in cyber security – most recently as the former Global Head of IAM at Navy Federal Credit Union where he was responsible for design, development, and execution of build/buy solutions supporting both internal personnel (WIAM) and NFCU’s 12MM+ customers (CIAM). As a recognized Subject Matter Expert in IAM and a recent winner of the 2021 IAM Evangelist of the Year award, Tom spends a lot of his time giving back to the industry through board representations, speaking engagements, and contributing to research papers.

Reco McCambry has made his mark in the financial services and direct sales industry as one of the youngest and most successful entrepreneurs in the space. His company, Novae, is the largest direct sales fintech company in the United States, providing solutions to consumers and small businesses nationwide through a network of more than 5,000 independent sales people. The fintech solutions his company provides include personal and business credit building, online banking, personal loans, business funding, and consumer financing. Reco is a member of the Forbes Business Council and an Industry Expert on Forbes.com. He also serves on the National Small Business Association Leadership Council out of Washington DC. February 4, 2021, Mr. McCambry was honored by his hometown in McDonough, GA with a proclamation naming January 19th, Mr. Reco McDaniel McCambry Day. August of 2021, Novae was recognized on Inc. magazine’s Inc. 5000, for becoming one of the fastest growing companies in America.

Brian McEvoy joined Webster Five in Central Massachusetts in June of 2020. In his role leading the Retail Banking group, Brian is responsible for the design and execution of the bank’s retail growth strategy, with a focus on branch transformation, sales and service culture, and omni channel delivery. Brian’s scope includes Branch Administration, the bank’s Contact Center, digital channels and products, enterprise marketing, and W5 Investment Services. Brian is a veteran New England banker, starting his career with Fleet Bank in 1996. He also spent several years in the mid-Atlantic with TD and in the Southeast with Synovus. His banking career has been spent exclusively in the Retail arena; however, Brian has led such diverse functions as direct branch management, distribution strategy, workforce management, process optimization, and branch experience design.

Jon Moen – Senior Vice President, is the Director of Product at First Bank. Jon is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) administered by the Association for Financial Professionals, has a Master’s of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Information Technology and a Bachelor’s of Science in Management Information Systems. Possessing 23+ years of experience with First Bank, Jon has had various roles within the bank that provides him a unique perspective: Working in client facing roles in the branch and call center, behind the scenes as a senior analyst in Information Technology, or as Director of Treasury Management (sales, service and operations).

Bobby Moss is an Enterprise Account Executive at Attensi, acting as a lead client service provider for professional and financial services clients. Bobby draws upon his years of experience from management consulting and asset management experience to help clients tackle their most difficult training challenges by blending the best of Attensi’s expertise in learning and development, psychology, and video game mechanics. Prior to his work at Attensi, Bobby’s background includes a range of strategy and operations consulting experience, most notably with Deloitte Consulting. Bobby Moss holds an M.B.A. from London Business School and a B.A. from Williams College.

Glenn Murray has worked in the payments industry for over 20 years in several capacities. He currently serves as Vice President – Strategic Growth for Sutton Payments a division of Sutton Bank, the issuer behind several high-profile programs including Square, Robin Hood, Door Dash, Instacart and many others. His team oversees business, product and partnership development for the division. He has held positions in business development, product marketing and relationship management at Discover, MasterCard, and PayPal. He is a native of Memphis, TN and has a BA from DePaul University in Integrated Marketing Communications. He’s contributed to 4 books on various topics including authoring a book on sales and promotion. He currently resides in the Chicago, IL area.

Huw Newton-Hill leads the commercial and operational teams for Attensi in the US. He originally joined Attensi in London in 2017 to lead Attensi’s international growth strategy. In this role he worked closely with existing and prospective clients such as Accenture, BCG, Waitrose, BSH and Zurich Insurance group to ensure that Attensi innovates to best serve their needs and maximise their potential value. He has background in strategy consulting with BCG where he focused on digital transformation and investment banking with Goldman Sachs.

Jonas Ng currently serves as COO for Laurel Road, KeyBank's fast-growing Fintech subsidiary. In this role, he leads acquisition, onboarding, credit/underwriting, risk management, quality control, and sales/servicing. Previously, Jonas served as Head of Commercial Digital for KeyBank, driving strategic direction of digital properties/capabilities for KeyBank’s Commercial and Payments businesses. He also ran the Financial Wellness Product and Strategy Teams, bringing Financial Wellness to market for KeyBank’s Consumer Bank. Prior to KeyBank, Jonas worked at Nationwide, Discover, Enova Financial, MBNA, and seven start-ups and consulting boutiques. Grace Pace is a digital innovator that has the unique ability to translate reimagined digital customer experiences into fully executed, ground-breaking bank capabilities. She combines the mindset of a community banker with the skillset of a financial technologist. Grace has spearheaded initiatives at community banks that enabled them to take their products and services to the next level. She is an expert in customer support and leveraging custom, real time core integration that allow community banks to offer personalized, precise service for customers and prospects. Prior to joining Quontic, Grace worked in digital products and implementation with Cardinal Bank, Republic Bank and First Financial Bank. She was an essential team member of Memory Bank, a neobank division of Republic Bank. Renee Pezzi is a customer experience, strategy, marketing and research professional with more than 25 years of experience in all phases of strategic planning, leadership and execution, research, and customer experience design. Her expertise crosses industries, having developed and led customer experience teams in healthcare at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and Philips, in addition to over 15 years in financial services in various roles at Citizens Bank, as well as her current role at Atlantic Union Bank in Richmond, Virginia. Renee is currently the Head of Enterprise Experience at AUB where she brings a relentless focus on the integration of the customer and teammate experience as the foundation of a comprehensive experience strategy.

Tina Pickeral’s career in Technology spans 20+ years where she has established herself as a trusted advisor with an unwavering commitment and focus on truly understanding her clients’ business AND personal goals before trying to solve them with a solution. As a VP of Sales & Strategy at Compucom, Tina is driven by ensuring a positive and substantive culture within the organization. Lizzie Pine is a strategy and design consultant with over a decade of experience serving clients, most notably within financial services, particularly payments and banking. She began her career as an ethnographer, designing experiences for retail banking clients, among other industries. She now consults internally in JPMorgan Chase's Commercial Banking line of business. She has led teams to define go-to-market strategies, create operating models, and ideate customer-centric offerings, serving clients ranging from Fortune 100 to venture-backed startups. She received her MBA from Chicago Booth in 2017, and in her spare time has taught design thinking throughout the Chicago community. Recently, she was selected as one of 30 women future leaders in payments by Money 20/20.

As Vice President of Physical Channels for the BMO Financial Group, Brenda Pino’s responsibilities include assuring optimal customer experiences when utilizing any of the Bank’s Physical Channels and Self Serve Solutions, which includes a network of over 4,000 ATMs in North America. She also manages the ATM branding relationship with several Independent ATM Deployers for BMO. Prior to joining BMO Harris Bank in 1997, Ms. Pino had been with Beverly Bancorporation for 20 years. As Senior Vice President at Beverly, she managed all bank operations for the 13 branch holding company. Her responsibilities included the management of their network of ATMs throughout the Chicagoland area. She is a member of the ATMIA Global Board of Directors and Co-Chaired the ATM Working Committee of the U.S. Payments Forum.

Madhu Reddy has 24+ years of experience in technology and driving innovation in banking and pharma, covering business development, technology strategy, delivery, security, and operations. He has a passion for innovation and people development and has a track record of creating high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions. Currently, Madhu serves as the EVP & CIO at Republic Bank of Chicago. Madhu is responsible for leading IT to drive innovation and partner with business leaders to use technology as a strategic lever in achieving growth and delivering a differentiated customer experience. Madhu established partnerships with the emerging Fintech ecosystem and bring innovations to the customers.

Dave Richardson is the current Senior Manager responsible for Fraud Deposit Products for First National Bank Omaha. He has served various roles in his 21 years at First National Bank, including Credit Card Fraud Prevention and ATM Operations. He is currently responsible for maintaining and managing the bank’s non-card fraud prevention and risk mitigation strategies across the institution. His primary responsibilities address controlling fraud risk while enhancing the customer experience in online channels while partnering with the bank’s digital strategy teams. Dave serves on the bank’s Model Governance Committee and Electronic Banking Risk Management Advisory Group. Dave also spent 20 years in the Air National Guard while earning his Bachelor’s in Psychology and his MBA.

Ashley Ross is the Client Experience and Retail Client Solutions executive for Bank of America. In this role, she is responsible for the overall client experience strategy across Consumer & Small Business and also for driving solutions for Retail clients. Her organization manages client feedback from Bank of America’s 80 million clients, shares real-time client feedback with 50,000 users including front line teammates and Senior Leaders, and leverages client insights to drive solutions. Additionally, Ashley’s specialized Client Care Servicing teams provide real-time support to clients and conduct root cause analysis on client feedback in order to drive ongoing client experience improvements. During her 18 years with Bank of America, Ashley has held various executive roles in Consumer & Small Business. Most recently, Ashley served as the Consumer & Small Business Controls executive ensuring adherence to standards for risk and controls, issues and change management, business continuity and recovery planning.

Staci Shedd is the Head of Customer Experience and WOW! Employee Engagement Strategy and Support at TD Bank. With over 25 years' experience in customer loyalty, performance metrics, and strategic business planning and execution, Staci drives Legendary experiences with the end goal to create FANs out of Customers and Employees. Max Slobin is a Senior Payments Advisor on Key Bank’s Healthcare Real Estate team. He is a Certified Payments Professional with a background in cross-border, Digital Transformation, and FinTech. With experience in verticals including Healthcare, Real Estate, Industrials, Insurance and Technology, Max focuses on driving insights and automation for customers optimizing their A/R and A/P functions. He also currently serves on the board of a non-profit organization that teaches financial literacy to children here in Chicago.

George Theofilos is an industry expert and thought leader with over 15+ years of multi-site construction & facilities maintenance experience. Over his career, George has developed and implemented brand transformative initiatives for the largest, most prominent multi-site organizations across multiple industries, including financial services and banking.
