The BCX Awards honor the most unique, innovative and pioneering financial institutions and technology providers whose branches and technologies are having the most impact on consumers.

There is no cost to submit nominations for Innovator of the Year
Projects and technologies introduced between June 1, 2021 and May 31, 2022 are eligible for nomination.
Finalists will be notified by July 8 and will be presented with a trophy at a special awards dinner to be held at the Bank Customer Experience Summit on August 31, 2022.
For your entry, you will be asked to provide:
- A brief description of the experience (1500 characters or fewer)
- What makes your offering unique in the market
- A link to a website or video about the submitted technology or financial institution

This category recognizes a bank or credit union that has elevated its branch service to provide experiences that captivate, engage and help serve customers.
Best ATM/Self-Service Experience (financial institution)
This category recognizes a bank or credit union that has deployed an innovative self-service/ATM solution that creates an excellent customer experience.
Best ATM/Self-Service Experience (vendor)
This category recognizes a vendor that has developed an innovative self-service/ATM solution that has helped a financial institution provide an excellent customer experience.
Best Digital Solution (financial institution)
This category recognizes a bank or credit union that deployed digital-based interactive customer experiences that captivate, engage and help serve customers.
Best Digital Solution (vendor)
This category recognizes a vendor that has created a digital-based interactive customer experience to help financial institutions better serve their customers while also putting their branding front and center.
Innovator of the Year
This honor will go to an executive who has stepped up to create positive CX change in the industry.
