Prior positions include District and Regional Management and Call Center management. Cathy has significant experience with transformative banking approaches and most recently has developed a fully integrated Universal Banker model at Flushing Bank, using state-of-the-art technology solutions and non-traditional branch design to augment the transformative process.

Joe also oversees the release, customization and deployment of hardware solutions in NHA’s rapidly growing American market. Joe brings 15 years of industry experience to NHA, where he also heads the Professional Services Consulting Group, managing development and implementation of on- and off-site customer services to complement GSC solutions.
